Ken Ralston to Supervise Visual Effects

Ken Ralston has decided to mentor visual effects for The Macabre World of Lavender Williams!

Ken Ralston has been responsible for some of the most breath-taking visuals of the past two decades. From outer space to interactive cartoons to horribly altered actors, Ralston’s work is invariably top-drawer.

Ralston is the President and Senior Visual Effects Supervisor of Sony Pictures Imageworks. His credits include Cast Away, The Polar Express, Beowulf, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Forrest Gump and Jumanji.

Prior to joining Imageworks in 1996, Ralston spent nearly 20 years at Industrial Lights and Magic.

Ralston is the President and Senior Visual Effects Supervisor of Sony Pictures Imageworks. His credits include “Cast Away”, “The Polar Express”, “Beowulf”, “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”, “Forrest Gump” and “Jumanji” (1995).

Zemeckis pioneered the large-scale use of performance capture in feature films such as The Polar Express (2004), Monster House (2006) and Beowulf (2007).
